> Pls take note of the following changes:

> 1.Dates for orals are: Tues, 20th, Wed, 21st and Fri, 23rd.

> Timing for orals are: 3.10pm - 5.40pm (Tues) and 2pm - 4.30pm (Wed and Fri)

> This means that you must report by 3.10pm and 2pm on the respective days. If you anticipate any clashes with regards to dates or timing, please make the relevant swaps with your classmates. You need not be within the same group or same day.

> 2. I will be giving the oral presentation rubrics as well as your respective ads back to you guys on Monday. Watch out for it in your class trays.
> 3. Format for Orals:
> a) You will be required to explain the development process in an oral presentation of 3 - 5 mins to an examiner detailing the following: your contribution to conceptualisation and design of the advertisement, justification on language and text choices, perceived effectiveness of ad on audience and self-critique of strengths and/ or areas for improvement.
> b) There will be a Question and Answer session at the end of your presentation

> Note: The 3 questions that I give during class is a guideline for you to structure your answer to the last 3 questions of your brief since you can't answer the 1st question since you didn't design the ads that I have shown. (Just in case anyone is confused abt this)
