Some of you may have forgotten which team you are in, so the chart's above if you need to know. Please cooperate with your respective managers by doing the jobs that are assigned to you. :)

And actually if there's not enough people in the other groups please help out. No labour, no profit!! (GEOG!!)

And here are the updates on the stuff we’re gonna do during the actual day.

Products:
1. Marshmallows in chocolate – marshmallows, chocolate syrup, satay sticks.
So, there’d be three marshmallows on each stick, and they’d be dipped into chocolate.
Sale price: $1 per stick

2. Bubble tea – bubble tea and icebox
If anyone has an icebox at home please contribute! It’s only going to be used for ONE day.
Sale price: $1.50 per cup.

3. Personalized glass bottles – glass bottles, colored salt, glass paint, ribbons.
We put salt into the glass bottles and maybe paint the bottles with glass paint, (according to customers’ preferences), but we’ll make some sample designs first.
Sale price: $?

4. Personalized tags – Oven (from art club), shrinkable sheets, key rings
Customers can design on the shrinkable sheets and mold them into any shape themselves, and then place them into the oven to bake. Baking will cause these fellas to shrink and become small enough to use as key chains.
Sale price: $2.50 per key chain

5. Personalized pebbles – pebbles, paint, glitter
These pebbles can be used as paperweights. If we make them look nice they should sell well...
Sale price: $? I guess it differs depending on the size and design.

6. Metal flower candles – cans, candles, spray paint
We still need cans, so please contribute!
Sale price: $1.50 per candle

7. Photo frames – ice-cream sticks and saga seeds
WE NEED MORE PEOPLE TO HELP MAKE THE PHOTO FRAMES.
If you are free on any day juz stay back for a while to help out.
Every day we will be doing them so PLS HELP.
Sale price: $3.50 - issit too ex? O.o

8. Key chains - ice-cream sticks and key rings
Holes will be drilled into the ice-cream sticks, and a key ring slotted through them. Xiaoyun suggested we write jokes on them. I think maybe motivational/catchy/ lame quotes too, or they can simply write whatever stuff they want. (OR SONGS LYRICS!!) Our products are mostly personalized, so they can be special for every customer :)

Games:
1. Bull’s Eye – balloons, streamers, sweets.
Sale price: $0.50 per game.
We’ve done the board, so we only need to get the balloons done.
How to play: The customers will throw the balloons (which are heavy cuz there are sweets in them) onto the board. They get to keep the balloons and the sweets after the game according to the points they score – the higher their points, the more candy they get or something like that.

2. Catch a Cupful – requires M & M’s, a few plastic bottles, box, plastic cups.
Sale price: $0.50 per game. (So cheap?!?!)
How to play: The people tending to this game will drop M & M’s into the various tubes (plastic bottles), and the customers have to catch them in plastic cups. They are given ____ seconds. In order to prevent wastage of M & M’s that aren’t caught, there will be plastic cups at the bottom of each tube.
The players will then get to bring home whatever they catch. :)

Most materials should be ready by next session, so we could probably start the production of certain items then.
Marketing Team, you can come up with designs for posters and also other creative advertising techniques over the weekend. Sales Team can think of how they can persuade customers to buy the products?
EVERYONE MUST COOPERATE AND CONTRIBUTE TO ACP.
I know some of you think this ACP thing is very boh liao, but then still mah.
We dun wanna lose face to other classes and the rest of the school.

We're doing fine - we just have to take note not to waste time, and there is no need for comparisons with other classes, for we are challenging no one but ourselves! ;-)

xoxo,
Guess who? (no hints muaha.)
