AESTHETICS CLASS PROJECT

Here are some updates on our ACP and the progress we've made so far:

THEME - CONFETTI

1. STAR - made from can
We need at least 100 of these so drink up, people, as many cans as possible!! Please don't forget to wash them unless you want funny foreign stuff inside while you're using your bare hands to make it..

2. BULLSEYE GAME
The bullseye board is already completed. We'll be using balloons for the throwing and we need to put weights (sand) in them and I will get metallic streamers to add on as well. Refer to XiaoYun's post on ideas for ACP.

3. PERSONALISED TEST TUBES
Quantity of test tubes is yet to be confirmed but we need to order SOON!!! The test tubes are sold in lots of 20 and each test tube costs 50cents..do the math yourself. We will be adding colored sugar (refer to Xiao Yun's post as well) inside and will tie ribbons around the tip..The people can choose for themselves and all.

4. PERSONALISED TAGS
These can be made by drawing on ceramic sheets (a huge one can make 10 tags and costs 10cents) then popping it in the oven (which we are getting from Art Club)for like 5 minutes and VOILA!! EASY!!

5. FOOD
Everyone loves food right? We'll be selling marshmallows with chocolate as well as bubble tea on that day! More ideas are welcome as well!

6. MARKETING MATERIALS
We will need to finish drawing up all the flyers/posters/sandwich boards by the day itself. A more effective method instead of handdrawing each and every single flyer or poster is to make one and print several copies of it.

Do remember that we don't have much time left to prepare and that a lot of things need to be done as quickly as possible and we have to finish everything really really soon. In future, shall we not spend 2 whole hours staring at the board just to come up with one theme and not really doing anything? We have to be more productive, people! Also, do check the Post EYA schedule posted on inet to find out when the next ACP prep session is, and birng markers/colored paper and other materials.
