Dear Class-reps,




I'm Ms Gloria; the latin dance instructor. Please note that your Latin Dancesport Exam is schedule on 15 Oct 2009, Thursday (marking day). The examination schedule has been attached above. Please forward and print this email out to all your classmates, and remind them of the details.



Also, Class-reps are to acknowledge the recieval of this email and RSVP on the following by Sunday, Sept 27 2009, 1159 hrs. **Please sign off with your name and class.

**Do note that it is COMPULSORY to do the dance exam as the grades will be included in your report book.





Important reminders for the dance exam,

Class committee to prepare number tags with register no. printed on it. Make sure it is clearly visible from afar.

Bring at least 4 safety pins per person to pin your tags.

Everyone should be readily lined-up according to the register no. at the rock climbing area by the reporting time indicated on the exam schedule.

Gentlemen to stand on the Right hand side; Ladies on the Left hand side.

Once ready, class-reps please report to the teacher-in-charge on that day.

Assessment begins once inside the room till you leave the room.

Look neat & smart. (Tie up your hair. If you are wearing socks, make sure that there are no holes in them)

Big smile.

Greet the examiner.

Answer all questions posed by the examiner in complete sentences.

Practice your exam routine at home.

Most importantly, make sure you have ample rest the day prior examination.
